Creamy Tilapia

  • Tilapia Fillet400 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Red pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Yellow pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Potato3 unit(s)
  • Garlic to taste
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Wheat2 tablespoon
  • Milk2 cup
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese to taste
  1. Cut the fillets in half and season with lemon, salt, pepper and olive oil. Reserve.
  2. Chop 2/3 of the onion into slices, arrange on a greased refractory. On top of the onion, distribute a sliced tomato. On top of the tomato, the peppers sliced into thin slices. Drizzle with oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the potatoes in slices (Aldente) with a little salt, and add under the peppers. Finish with the seasoned fillets and take it to the medium oven for 40 min.
  4. Make a white sauce with the rest of the chopped onion, margarine, wheat, milk and salt.
  5. Remove the refractory from the oven. It is important that the water has dried up. If you still have it, you can remove it manually. Spread the white cream over the fish, and finish with the cheese. Drizzle a little more oil, and take it to the oven for another 5 minutes to brown.
