- Precooked Shrimp150 g
- Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Coconut milk3 tablespoon
- Saffron1/2 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper or chili pepper to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Water1/2 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
- In a medium pan, sauté the chopped onion with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add the shrimp and sauté until it changes color. Then add the diced tomato and sauté for a few more minutes.
- Add saffron and pepper.
- Then put the rice, water and coconut milk and stir.
- Uniform the mixture with the mayonnaise.
- Remove from heat, add cilantro and serve.
