Misture o açúcar com o café na tigela da batedeira.


Mix the sugar and coffee in the bowl of a stand mixer.



Adicione a água fervente e bata, em velocidade alta, por uns 10 a 15 minutos ou até ficar cremoso.
Transfira para um pote com tampa e conserve na geladeira ou freezer.



Add the boiling water and beat on high speed for 10 to 15 minutes or until creamy.
Transfer to a jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator or freezer.



Sirva misturado a bebidas como leite, café, cappuccino ou chocolate quente.


Serve mixed with drinks such as milk, coffee, cappuccino or hot chocolate.
