  • Shredded crab meat500 g
  • Large chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
  • Grated large carrot1 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Butter100 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese200 g
  • Breadcrumbs6 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Sour cream1/2 cup
  • Salt, parsley and chili sauce to taste
  • grated coconut100 g
  1. In a large pan, heat the butter and add the chopped onion.
  2. As soon as the onion withers, put the garlic, crab meat, grated carrot, tomato and let it sauté well
  3. Mix the breadcrumbs with the lemon juice and coconut milk and place in the pan to thicken
  4. Add salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of grated cheese.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat and add the cream.
  6. Distribute in the shells, sprinkle the grated coconut on the sides and the grated cheese in the center of each shell.
  7. Place in a preheated oven at 180° and leave until browned.
