- Clean crab meat500 g
- Coconut Milk80 ml
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic2 to taste
- Palm oil1 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Large tomato, skinless and seeded1 to taste
- Chives, parsley and chopped cilantro to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- In a large skillet, heat the oil.
- Fry the onion and garlic
- Add the crab meat, tomato and cook for 12 minutes on low heat.
- Add the coconut milk and season with salt, pepper and parsley to taste.
- Stir well for 5 minutes and fill the cones or the container where you are going to brown it.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan to taste and bake until browned.
