  1. Clean the crabs well, as you see fit.
  2. In a large pan, sauté some of the spices. Start by putting the oil, pounded garlic and paprika, make a bed with half of the chopped spices. Put the crabs. And put the rest of the seasonings on top.
  3. Now add water to cover the crabs, wait for it to boil and correct the salt if necessary.
  4. The longer it cooks, the better it is so the meat inside will loosen more easily.
  5. Then it's up to you, you can make a white rice and a mush to go with it.
