- Soak the crab legs in a container with the lemon juice and salt for 30 minutes.
- Remove one by one and pass in wheat flour, egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Place them in a frying pan with hot oil.
- Accompanying sauce. Mix the ketchup with the mayonnaise until uniform and serve with the patties.
