- Garlic6 to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Pepper1 unit(s)
- Water1 l
- Salt2 tablespoon
- In a deep pan, saute the garlic
- Add the chopped onion, pepper and cilantro
- Add water and let it boil
- Then put the crabs
- When it boils again, add the coconut milk.
- Fix the salt let it settle a little and then turn off the fire
- You can use the broth to make a delicious pirão
