  • Chimichurri1 teaspoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Parsley or cilantro1 cup

  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Pea1 can(s)
  1. In a pan, sauté the onion, garlic, sardines with oil (reserve to decorate pieces of sardines, egg slices, olives, parsley and tomato slices) add, pepper, tomato, olives, finely chopped eggs, corn, peas, seasonings such as paprika and chimichurri, tomato sauce let it cook and as soon as it boils add the corn flakes. In a mold with a hole in the middle, grease with oil and cleavage with sliced tomato, sliced egg, pieces of sardines, olives and parsley or cilantro. Add the mixture from the pan, always pressing in the middle and on the sides, wait for it to cool and unmold.
