  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Dal1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper1 teaspoon
  • Crushed garlic2 to taste
  • Onion1 to taste
  • Chopped green pepper1 to taste
  • Chopped Large Potato2 unit(s)
  1. Season the fish with half the oil, salt and pepper. In a non-stick pan, over high heat, quickly brown the fillets, remove and set aside. In the same pan, put the rest of the oil, brown the garlic, onion and pepper for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the tomato pulp, tomatoes, parsley, salt and potatoes. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes or until the potatoes soften. Return the fillets to the pan, boil for 3 minutes, then serve.
