  • Desalted cod, cooked and shredded350 g
  • Black olive30 g
  • A pinch of black pepper to taste
  • Parsley and chives1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • Grated Mozzarella100 g
  1. In a bowl, place the cooked cod, black olives, black pepper, a drizzle of olive oil, parsley, chives, mix and set aside
  2. In a mixer, beat the egg whites, add the egg yolks, the grated Parmesan cheese and beat a little more
  3. Turn off the mixer, add some of the stuffing and mix
  4. On a platter greased with olive oil, place the beaten eggs, the stuffing, the mozzarella and cover with the rest of the beaten eggs.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella, a drizzle of olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes and be happy!!
