  • Cassava700 g
  • Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Coriander to taste
  • Black Olives to taste
  • Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
  1. With the cod already desalted, put it to cook and as soon as it boils, leave it for 5 minutes. Reserve.
  2. Cook the cassava under pressure until it is very soft and set aside to cool.
  3. Saute garlic and set aside.
  4. Mash the cassava with a potato masher or with a fork and mix with the shredded cod along with the cilantro and garlic.
  5. After making the dough, portion the balls with a "hole" in the middle to put pieces of olive. Close the dumplings and pass the breadcrumbs to coat them.
  6. Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes
