- Cod500 g
- Cassava700 g
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Black Olives to taste
- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- With the cod already desalted, put it to cook and as soon as it boils, leave it for 5 minutes. Reserve.
- Cook the cassava under pressure until it is very soft and set aside to cool.
- Saute garlic and set aside.
- Mash the cassava with a potato masher or with a fork and mix with the shredded cod along with the cilantro and garlic.
- After making the dough, portion the balls with a "hole" in the middle to put pieces of olive. Close the dumplings and pass the breadcrumbs to coat them.
- Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes
