- Desalted Porto Codfish1 kg
- Potato1 kg
- Milk500 ml
- Bay leaf2 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Black olive100 g
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese200 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Green smell to taste
- In a pan, heat the milk with the bay leaf and as soon as it boils, add the cod and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the cod and book. In that same milk, cook the peeled and diced potatoes. When soft, blend in a food processor with milk until smooth. Season with a pinch of black pepper and nutmeg.
- In a refractory that can go in the oven, put olive oil, then add the shredded codfish and finish with the puree. Cover with the cheese and black olives to taste. Place in the oven for approximately 25 minutes. If your oven has a grill function, leave the last 5 minutes in that function to set the gratin.
- Remove from the oven and finish with green smell.
