- Leave the cod to soak for 48 hours to desalt. Cook the eggs, aldente potatoes and carrots. Put a thread of oil in the pan with garlic and onion until golden, add the cod, when it boils add the olives and other ingredients.
- Make the white sauce. I used a grated onion with a spoon of butter, milk, wheat flour and a piece of cheese of your choice.
