- yellow pepper | 1 unit(s)
- red pepper | 1 unit(s)
- green pepper | 3 unit(s)
- Onion | 4 unit(s)
Recipe
- Put the cod in the water and let it rest for 12 hours. Put the cod on the fire until it starts to fall apart. In another pan put a thread of oil and put the peppers to sauté after a few minutes put the onion.
- In a roast, pass oil and make a bed of potatoes then put the cod on top of the peppers with the onion do this until you finish then put it to bake for 1 hour.
