  • National Broccoli400 g

  • Mini Onion100 g
  • Carrot1 unit(s)

  • Olive oil400 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. On a platter, place the desalted cod with the oil, put it in the oven for 1 hour at 140°c. Reserve
  2. Cook the potatoes, mash them and pass them through a fine sieve, make a cream by adding a little of the cod cooking oil, set aside.
  3. Cut the carrots the way you prefer and cook them, cook the broccoli, cook the eggs for about 7 min, peel them and cut them in half, put the halved mini onions in the oven at 200°c until golden brown and cook. the same with tomatoes. Add all ingredients to the cod dish, except the cream and eggs and bake at 180°c for 10 min.
  4. Assembly, place the potato cream in the center of the plate, place the cod fillet in the middle of the cream and the vegetables, the egg cut in half, and the olives, drizzle with the oil from the cod cooking, salt and pepper. and serve.
