  • Garlic head2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1/2 l
  • Breadcrumbs100 g
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Butter chips to taste
  1. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Then let it marinate in olive oil.
  2. In a pyrex, place the cod slices tossing in crushed garlic on top, drizzle with olive oil abundantly (covering half of the slices), place the breadcrumbs (breadcrumbs) on top of these slices of butter. Place in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, letting the cod cook in olive oil. Comes with boiled potatoes and green salad
