  • Shredded cooked codfish500 g
  • Potatoes4 unit(s)
  • Sour cream to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese to taste
  • Garlic, onion, bell pepper and coriander to taste
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Paprika, oregano, black pepper to taste
  1. With the shredded cod, sauté with olive oil, onion, garlic, peppers, coriander and seasonings to taste, sauté well and set aside.
  2. Make a puree with the potatoes, with the well-cooked potato mash and mix in cream and butter.
  3. Place the cod on a platter, place the puree on top, covering the whole cod, cover with mozzarella and oregano.
  4. Take it to the oven until golden.
  5. OBS: if you have an air fryer, you can also brown it, in my case I did it like this! I put it in separate portions and browned it in the air fryer. It was really good too!
