  • 500 grams of cod, desalted and coarsely shredded, 2 box of cream, 300 ml of milk, 2 large chopped onions, 3 cloves of garlic, 400 grams of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 large grated carrot, black pepper to taste ,2 spoons of Maizena and olive oil.1 kg
  1. In a pan, heat the oil and place the onion, give a light golden and add the garlic until golden, add the carrot and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the cod and set aside.
  2. In a pan, place the milk and the 2 tablespoons of Maizena, stir over low heat until it thickens, add the cream with half of the Parmesan and the black pepper. Mix well in the cod, in a platter grease with oil, put the cod, sprinkle with more cheese and put it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes... Note!! Serve it with white rice and a nice salad of leaves.
