  • deboned and desalted cod300 g
  • Natural yogurt1 unit(s)
  • Dijon Mustard1 tablespoon
  • Mustard1 tablespoon
  • grated carrot to taste
  • shredded cabbage to taste
  • Pea to taste
  • Corn to taste
  • Diced Pineapple to taste
  • Straw Potato to taste
  1. Mix the cod with the carrots, cabbage, peas and corn.
  2. Go in with the yogurt and mustards. Mix well!
  3. Transfer to a refractory and leave in the fridge until serving time.
  4. Top with straw potatoes when serving.
