- Chili Pepper to taste
- Coriander1 cup

- Cut the tilapia fillets into cubes of approximately 2 cm. Reserve.
- Cut the onion in half and slice into half moons.
- Finely chop the pepper and coriander.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the juice of 6 lemons, use a sieve to prevent the seeds and pomace from falling.
- Mix everything and cover with plastic wrap in contact. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- To serve, remove from broth and serve immediately.
- Note: Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
