- White fish (tilapia) or salmon, chopped into small cubes500 g

- Ginger30 g

- Ajinomoto1 teaspoon
- Coriander to taste

- Girl's Finger Pepper to taste
- Make the fish cubes and separate the burrs, for the ready dish you will only use the cubes
- In a bowl, place the chopped fish, chopped cilantro, minced girl’s finger pepper and 1 onion in very thin slices.
- In a blender, beat the lemon juice, ginger, salt, ajinomoto, 1/2 onion, fish burrs, a little cilantro and ice cubes, until a thick broth is formed.
- Mix in the fish cubes with the onion rings, girl's finger pepper and the chopped coriander. Serve cold.
