- In the pan put a small onion cut very fine in the oil, stir a little to soften.
- Add the shrimp, salt, pepper and stir until the shrimp are golden. Place 2 tomatoes cut into small squares, stir, add tomato sauce and champignons (without water) and let it boil.
- Put chopped green smell and tabasco (little). In the Pyrex (large) put half of the catupiry (spread it coarsely), the shrimp and the rest of the catupiry on top! Start in the hot oven and then in the medium oven. When it starts to heat up, take it out of the oven and stir to mix the catupiry with the shrimp. Remove when boiling and thicken. Serve with white rice and enjoy!
