  • Sururu treated1 kg
  • Cooked Aipim300 g
  • Coconut milk2 cup
  • Onion02 unit(s)
  • Garlic (clove)3 unit(s)
  • Coriander and chives to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Wash the Sururu with lemon and running water and drain.
  2. Cook the Aipim in the pressure cooker until it softens well.
  3. Knead the Aipim and put it in the blender with 01 onion, 01 garlic clove, a part of the cilantro and chives and salt.
  4. Sauté a chopped onion in olive oil and add a portion of Sururu for about 10 minutes.
  5. Add the Sururu sautéed in the blender along with the ingredients from step 3 and start beating.
  6. Add the coconut milk to the blender and the salt.
  7. Cook the rest of the Sururu with a little oil for a period of 10 minutes.
  8. After this period, add the whipped cream to the blender and cook for another 10 minutes.
  9. Finish with cilantro and chives.
  10. Serve hot and with lemon.
