  • Crushed Garlic to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Fine Cornmeal to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Place the tilapia fillets on a platter and season with garlic, salt, black pepper and squeezed lemon and let rest for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the cornmeal in a bowl (enough to bread the fillets).
  3. Then pass the fillets in cornmeal to bread. Then take it to fry in hot oil until golden. Remove and place on paper towels and serve immediately.
  4. It's delicious. Served with white rice, fresh beans, boiled pumpkin and salad.
