- Cornmeal1/2 cup
- Wheat1/2 cup
- Grated Parmesan cheese (small packet)50 g
- Season the tilapia fillet with lemon and salt and marinate for 40 minutes.
- Mix cornmeal, Parmesan and wheat flour, coat the tilapia fillets in this mixture.
- Once breaded, dip the fillet in water and let it drain, then deep-fry in hot oil… You pass quickly in the water your fillet will be dry and will not release when it is frying!
