- Fillet of Sole500 g
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour1/2 cup
- Cornmeal1/2 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Add the fish fillets to a bowl, season with garlic, lemon and salt, mix well and set aside.
- In a plate add the two eggs, a pinch of salt, beat with a fork.
- In another container add the wheat flour, cornmeal, a pinch of salt and mix.
- Then pass the fish in the egg and flour, repeat the process with all the fillets.
- After breading them, just fry them in very hot oil, it gets very crispy.
