  • parsley powder1 teaspoon
  • oregano1 teaspoon
  • lemon1 unit(s)
  • wheat flour1/2 cup
  • egg2 unit(s)
  • panko flour1/2 cup
  1. Season the fish fillets with lemon, olive oil, salt, oregano and parsley powder.
  2. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Dip in flour, then in the egg and finally in the panko flour.
  4. Fry in hot oil until golden.
