- Egg1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Seasonings to taste
- Oat bran3 tablespoon
- Start by placing the fish fillets in a container, season with lemon juice, salt and other seasonings you want. Let marinate for at least 5 minutes.
- Then beat the egg well in one dish and the oat bran in another.
- Take the fish and pass it in the egg and then in the bran to coat it.
- Take a baking dish and grease it with oil or line it with aluminum foil and place the breaded fillets next to each other.
- Use aluminum foil to cover and place in the oven at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes. Remove the paper and leave for another 5 minutes in the oven.
