  • Lemon juice1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasonings to taste
  • Oat bran3 tablespoon
  1. Start by placing the fish fillets in a container, season with lemon juice, salt and other seasonings you want. Let marinate for at least 5 minutes.
  2. Then beat the egg well in one dish and the oat bran in another.
  3. Take the fish and pass it in the egg and then in the bran to coat it.
  4. Take a baking dish and grease it with oil or line it with aluminum foil and place the breaded fillets next to each other.
  5. Use aluminum foil to cover and place in the oven at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes. Remove the paper and leave for another 5 minutes in the oven.
