  • Gohan rice140 g
  • Onion60 g
  • Finely grated carrot60 g
  • Fried Tuna90 g
  • Thinly sliced zucchini80 g
  • Egg with soft yolk1 unit(s)
  • Black sesame1 teaspoon
  1. Wash 1 cup of oriental rice 3x and drain. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Place the rice in the pan with approximately 2 cups of water and leave it on medium heat for 7 minutes without stirring.
  3. Remove from heat and let rest for 25 minutes.
  4. Cut the onion, zucchini and carrot and set aside.
  5. Remove the tuna from the can and place in a nonstick skillet, add: 1 teaspoon of vinegar + 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar + 1 teaspoon of salt and 5 tablespoons of soy sauce. Fry and let the sauce settle. Set aside.
  6. Fry an egg leaving the yolk soft.
  7. Mounting: In a small bowl, place the rice and shape. Take a deep dish and place the rice. Add the onion, carrot, tuna and zucchini in a circle and finish with the egg in the middle and the sesame on top.
  8. Tip: Serve hot and mix everything when you eat.
