- Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoon
- Coarse salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Marinate the salmon in the lemon juice for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes
- Use 1 tablespoon of olive oil to make a bed for the salmon fillet (with the skin) Place the fillet on top of it and cover with the rest of the oil, salt and pepper.
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- When serving, pour the caladinho over the fish. Served with assorted salad.
