Baked fish with potatoes and carrots

  • Fish fillet (hake, panga, tilapia)4 unit(s)
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic (tooth)2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into slices. Arrange at the bottom of the baking dish. Put some olive oil, salt and pepper to season.
  2. After having the fish fillets available.
  3. Clean cut the carrots into strips. Arrange over the fish. I do the same with the carrot and garlic.
  4. To finish, season with more olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes
