  • Fish fillet (tilapia, hake)800 g
  • Potato4 unit(s)
  • Onion3 unit(s)
  • Tomato4 unit(s)
  • Olives0 to taste
  • cherry tomato0 to taste
  • Garlic with Peel0 to taste
  • Salt, pepper, lemon pepper0 to taste
  • Olive oil0 to taste
  • Green Smell0 to taste
  1. Cut the potatoes, tomato and onion into slices and layer them on a baking sheet, first the potato, then the onions and finally the tomato seasoning with salt and pepper each layer
  2. Season the fish fillets with the lemom pepper and place over the vegetables in the roasting pan.
  3. Place the cherry tomatoes, olives and unpeeled garlic on top
  4. Drizzle with plenty of olive oil and bake at 200°C until well cooked, insert a toothpick and check if the potato is cooked
  5. Finish with green smell to taste
