Baked cod with potatoes

  • Pre-cooked Potato and4 unit(s)
  • Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Chili1 unit(s)
  • Boiled Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Olive to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Soak the cod in a covered bowl in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Change the water every 4 hours.
  2. Place the already cleaned cod in a pan and cover with water. Boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, drain water and set aside.
  3. On a platter place half of the pre-cooked potatoes cut approximately 2 cm, half of the onion and tomato cut into slices and half of the bell pepper. Water with olive oil, salt and kingdom pepper. Place the codfish and the rest of the ingredients on top and drizzle with olive oil. Place aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes. Remove the tin foil and take it to bake again until dry all the water.
  4. Remove from the oven and decorate with hard-boiled eggs, olives and parsley. Serve with white rice and lettuce salad.
