  • lemon1 unit(s)
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Parsley1/2 cup
  • Coriander1/2 cup
  • Tomato3 unit(s)
  • Pepper to taste
  • coconut milk1 l
  • Palm oil1/2 cup
  1. Clean the prawns and season with salt, black pepper and lemon juice. Reserve
  2. Sauté all seasonings for 15 minutes in palm oil
  3. Add the prawns and cook for 5 minutes with the pan covered.
  4. Lastly, add the coconut milk.
  5. Serve with brown or white rice 😏😋
