- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Palm oil4 tablespoon
- Smoked Shrimp100 g
- Coconut milk100 ml
- Yellow bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Red Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Ripe tomato1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Coriander or green spice to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- White pepper to taste
- Season the slices with salt, 1 lemon, garlic and black pepper. Ideal Pisces: (hake, sea bass, dorado, dogfish)
- In a common or clay pot, accommodate some onion and pepper rings (without the seeds).
- Add the fish slices on top and the tomatoes cut into slices. Drizzle the fish with coconut milk and palm oil.
- Add the prawns and sliced onions. Season with salt, 1 lemon and peppers. Let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes. (Or even announce the boil) Do not stir the moqueca while cooking.
