  • Crushed Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Lemon2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Palm oil4 tablespoon
  • Smoked Shrimp100 g
  • Coconut milk100 ml
  • Yellow bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Red Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Ripe tomato1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chili Pepper to taste
  • Coriander or green spice to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • White pepper to taste
  1. Season the slices with salt, 1 lemon, garlic and black pepper. Ideal Pisces: (hake, sea bass, dorado, dogfish)
  2. In a common or clay pot, accommodate some onion and pepper rings (without the seeds).
  3. Add the fish slices on top and the tomatoes cut into slices. Drizzle the fish with coconut milk and palm oil.
  4. Add the prawns and sliced onions. Season with salt, 1 lemon and peppers. Let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes. (Or even announce the boil) Do not stir the moqueca while cooking.
  5. After turning off decorate with the coriander. Ready now just enjoy this wonder! 😍
