- Cut the peppers and onions into medium strips.
- With the cod already desalted, place it in a large roasting pan measuring 40 cm x 35 cm with 1 cup (tea) of olive oil, between the pieces, distribute the potatoes, peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic heads cut in half and the olives.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with the remaining oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Then water the cod and vegetables with the liquid from the roasting pan and let it bake for another 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
- Remove from the oven, add the boiled eggs and serve.
