  1. After cleaning the arapaima, leave it in the lemon and salt, set aside.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic, then add your favorite seasoning.
  3. Then put the pirarucu, stir carefully to spread the stew, add 300 ml of water
  4. Leave on low heat for 40 minutes and it's ready to serve with white rice.
