- Common English Potato2 kg
- Mozzarella cheese300 g
- Eggs (4 pieces)400 g
- Milk until creamy500 g
- Margarine150 g
- Corn starch100 g
- Salt to taste30 g
- Peel the potatoes and put to cook.
- Mash the potatoes or place in the mixer. If you have a mixer, better!
- Add the eggs, margarine, cornstarch, salt and a little of the milk and start beating or stirring slowly. Add the rest of the milk if needed, add more. It should be a very smooth puree.
- Heat the fire. Take a piping bag and a nozzle to make a flower shape. On the roast, make a circular motion with the nozzle to make it look nice.
- Leave the dough at a good height to bake beautifully!
