- Pasta screw or pene500 g
- Arugula 1 bunch1 to taste
- Mozzarella cheese150 g
- Olive oil100 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Cherry tomato200 g
- Cook the pasta, leave it aldente (white dot in the middle of the pasta), remove and cool in cold water.
- Arugula pesto: take half a bunch of arugula, put it in the blender, add the oil and beat a little, add the cheese and beat a little more until creamy
- Roast the tomatoes in the oven with garlic, oregano, olive oil and salt. Cool down.
- Add the pesto to the pasta and stir a little. stir in the rest of the arugula and toss gently. Help yourself
