- burrata200 g
- Cherry tomato200 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 g
- Purple Lettuce1 unit(s)
- arugula1 unit(s)
- Iceberg Lettuce1 unit(s)
- Cocoa Nibs1 to taste
- First buy the burrata lol 😅
- Season the cherry tomatoes with garlic, salt and oil and also cut the onion into julienne strips (strips or petals). Bake at 180° until the top is toasted.
- Wash and the leaves and if possible centrifuge.
- Now let's assemble the plate, let's go! Mix the leaves, take a large shallow or deep dish and place it so that it gives height to the salad! Put the roasted tomatoes.
- Cut the burrata in half and finish with olive oil and cocoa nibs
- In case you want a sauce: take your mustard from the fridge and put it in a bowl, with the fouer beat adding olive oil until it's dense and creamy.
