- Rice2 cup
- Beans2 cup
- Garlic5 to taste
- Seasonings1 to taste
- Wash and put the beans to cook in a medium heat pressure cooker
- Clean, wash and season the drumsticks as you like and leave them reserved.
- Cut into strips and wash the potatoes
- Fry 3 garlics with salt and oil, wash and put the rice to cook with 2 and a half cups of water
- After the beans are cooked, remove the pressure from the pan, pound as many garlics as you wish and put them to brown with salt and oil, add the cooked beans and season to taste
- Fry the drumsticks,
- Fry the potatoes and it's ready.. assemble your plate!
