- Salt to taste
- Colorau to taste
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Chimichurri and dry seasonings to taste to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Squeeze the lemon over the wing drumsticks and set aside.
- Chop onion into large pieces
- In the pressure cooker, make a layer of chicken
- Add half the amount of onion, garlic, oil, salt, paprika, chimichurri, a drizzle of olive oil and dry seasonings to taste
- Bring to a boil over medium heat and when you get pressure, let it cook for 20 minutes.
- Let the pressure off naturally
- In another pan take a spoon of the chicken oil and sauté the other half of the onion, the tomato
- Add the wing drumsticks, green smell and half a glass of water
- Hit the salt, cover the pan and let it boil to taste.
- If you prefer, add chopped vegetables and let it cook for longer.
