- Cooked brown rice3 tablespoon
- Sautéed Kale3 tablespoon
- Diced chicken breast400 g
- Small banana1 unit(s)
- Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Spicy paprika1 coffee spoon
- Smoked paprika1 coffee spoon
- Saffron1 coffee spoon
- Sour cream (canister)1 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes (remove the fat) and season with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, smoked and spicy paprika, saffron and oregano. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- In a pan put olive oil and add the chicken in cubes, sauté until golden
- Put a cup of water to cook and make it soft, cover and let it cook for a few minutes until the water almost dries up
- Add the cream and stir well, try and add more salt if necessary, let it simmer for about 2 minutes and turn off the heat. Assemble your plate:
- On a plate put the cooked brown rice, the braised cabbage and the chicken in creamy cubes, finish with the banana and that's it 😋
