  • Cooked and shredded chicken breast500 g
  • Homemade chicken stock1.5 l
  • Squash cut into pieces6 cup
  • Chuchu cut into pieces4 cup
  • Carrot cut into pieces4 cup
  • Sweet potato cut into pieces4 cup
  • Bay leaf1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1/2 cup
  • Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
  • Chopped green onion1/3 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  1. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
  2. Add the chicken broth, carrot, chayote, pumpkin, sweet potato, salt, pepper and bay leaf.
  3. Close the pan and cook for about 7 minutes after taking pressure (or until the vegetables are completely cooked).
  4. Remove the pressure from the pan and with the help of a mixer beat the vegetables until you form a homogeneous cream.
  5. Add the chicken, mix and cook for 5 minutes. Adjust the salt and finish with the onion.
