For the chicken - heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, place the chicken already seasoned with 2 cloves of macerated garlic, salt and pepper - then add the bell pepper, onion and tomato and stir well. Add a little water to the tomato passata and let the sauce simmer, sprinkle with parsley and serve next.
For the rice - heat the pan with 2 tablespoons of oil sauté the garlic and add the rice stir well season with salt add water until covered - close the pan and let it cook until all the liquid evaporates and the grain is soft.
