Para o frango - aqueça uma panela com 2 colheres de óleo , coloque o frango já temperado com 2 dentes de alho macerado, sal e pimenta - em seguida junte o pimentão , cebola e tomate e mexa bem. Acrescente a passata de tomate um pouco de água e deixe o molho apurar , polvilhe salsinha e sirva.

Para o arroz - aqueça a panela com 2 colheres de óleo refogue o alho e junte o arroz mexa bem tempere com sal junte água até cobrir - feche a panela e deixe cozinhar até que evapore todo líquido e o grão fique macio.
