  • Salt to taste
  1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
  2. Cut the onion in julienne Cut the ginger into straws Trim the edge of the shitake and cut into julienne Squeeze the lemon and strain the juice Cut the pepper into Julienne Cut the chives into 3 cm biseaux Remove the skin from the peppers and cut into cubes. Cut the tomato into cubes.
