- Chicken thigh1 kg
- Peeled and Sliced Potatoes4 unit(s)
- Soy sauce4 tablespoon
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Make small cuts on the thighs, and wash with water and lemon, rinse well and season. Let marinate in the fridge overnight.
- Place the chicken in an aluminum roasting pan along with the potatoes and baste the chicken and potatoes with the water that you added to the bowl where the chicken marinated.
- Bake at 200 degrees for an hour or until golden.
